  1. Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide environmental, health, and safety programs and policies in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company standards.
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees and management on EHS issues and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate EHS risks and develop solutions to improve safety and reduce environmental impact.
  5. Develop and deliver EHS training programs to educate employees on proper safety procedures and promote a culture of safety.
  6. Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Investigate and report on incidents and accidents, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and implement best practices.
  9. Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.
  10. Build relationships with local regulatory agencies and community stakeholders to promote a positive image for the company and ensure compliance with regulations.
  11. Manage the company's waste management program and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for EHS issues and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide sustainability initiatives.
  14. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure their compliance with EHS regulations and company standards.
  15. Conduct regular EHS audits of company facilities and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Project Management Skills.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental, Health, And Safety Regulations.

  • Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih) Designation Preferred.
