  1. Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  2. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for employees at all levels.
  4. Monitor and analyze EHS data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any deficiencies.
  5. Lead incident investigations and develop and implement corrective and preventive measures to prevent future occurrences.
  6. Maintain and update all necessary EHS records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for all EHS-related inquiries and communicate updates and changes to employees and management.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and organizations to stay informed on EHS regulations and best practices.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate potential hazards and risks in the workplace.
  10. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on EHS matters, including ergonomics, chemical safety, and emergency preparedness.
  11. Lead and participate in EHS committees and meetings to drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of safety.
  12. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of EHS initiatives and programs, such as waste reduction and energy conservation.
  13. Stay up-to-date on emerging EHS trends and technologies and recommend and implement new strategies to improve EHS performance.
  14. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure EHS goals and objectives are met within budget.
  15. Promote a positive and safe work environment by fostering a culture of safety and accountability throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Ehs Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Pertaining To Environmental, Health, And Safety.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Train And Educate Employees On Ehs Policies And Procedures.

  • Certification In Ehs Management (Such As Certified Safety Professional Or Certified Industrial Hygienist) Preferred.
