  1. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives in driving the CRM business in the district.

  12. Provide coaching and feedback to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  13. Collaborate with other district managers and share best practices to drive overall company success.
  14. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
