In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance and sales strategies for our Endoscopy business unit.   1. Develop and implement strategic financial plans and sales strategies for the Endoscopy business unit.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales revenue, costs, and profitability, and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans that align with overall business objectives.
  5. Provide financial guidance and support to the sales team, including sales forecasting and budget management.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure the team's success.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, to drive collaboration and alignment.
  8. Monitor and manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and analysis.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations that may impact the Endoscopy business unit.
  11. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes for the overall Medtronic organization.
  12. Communicate and present financial performance and sales strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  13. Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
  14. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the finance and sales teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Financial Acumen: A Director Of Sales Finance For Endoscopy At Medtronic Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Principles And Concepts, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Analysis. They Should Also Have Experience In Financial Management And Reporting In A Sales-Driven Organization.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential For This Role As The Director Of Sales Finance Will Be Required To Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Excellent Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Sales Leaders And Executive Management.
