As Director, Customer Quality Experience Management at Medtronic, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will lead a team of customer experience professionals to ensure the highest level of customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to a proven track record of successful customer service management. You must have a strategic mindset, a passion for customer feedback, and the ability to develop and implement customer-centric initiatives. An understanding of customer experience best practices is also essential.
