  1. Collaborate with engineering team to develop and improve medical devices.
  2. Utilize design software to create and modify technical drawings.
  3. Interpret and accurately translate technical drawings into design specifications.
  4. Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulations.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology.
  6. Use creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
  7. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.
  9. Provide technical support to product development team.
  10. Conduct quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to design principles.
  11. Continuously review and improve design processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  12. Maintain up-to-date documentation and records of design revisions and changes.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and manufacturing, to ensure successful product launch.
  14. Train and mentor junior design technicians and provide guidance to improve their technical skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Product Design And Development In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Materials Used In Medical Device Production.

  • Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams To Meet Project Timelines And Goals.
