  1. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to design, develop, and improve medical devices.
  2. Utilize technical knowledge and skills to contribute to the design and development process.
  3. Conduct research and gather information to inform design decisions.
  4. Create and maintain detailed design documentation and specifications.
  5. Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and high-quality designs.
  6. Perform testing and analysis to ensure devices meet performance and safety standards.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot design issues, and propose solutions to improve product functionality and usability.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to continuously improve design processes.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality assurance, to ensure successful product launches.
  10. Maintain a safe and organized work environment and comply with company policies and procedures.
  11. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, precise designs.
  12. Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication and a drive for excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Medical Device Design, Preferably At A Regulated Company Such As Medtronic.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software, Specifically Solidworks And/Or Proe.

  • Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Materials Used In Medical Device Production.

  • Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards Related To Medical Device Design And Development.
