  1. Manage credit and collections process: The Credit Collections Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the credit and collections process for the company. They will ensure timely payments from customers and maintain accurate records of all credit and collections activities.
  2. Build and maintain customer relationships: The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with customers. They will work closely with customers to resolve any outstanding debts and find mutually beneficial solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Credit And Collections Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Credit And Collections, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Company. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Assessment, Credit Policies, And Collection Strategies.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Portfolios: The Senior Executive Should Have A Track Record Of Effectively Managing Large Credit Portfolios With A High Level Of Accuracy And Efficiency. This Includes Managing Credit Limits, Monitoring Delinquent Accounts, And Implementing Effective Collection Strategies.

  • Strong Financial Analysis And Reporting Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Financial Analysis Skills And Be Able To Interpret Financial Data To Make Informed Credit Decisions. They Should Also Have Experience In Preparing And Presenting Credit Reports To Senior Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Senior Executive, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Customers And Vendors. They Should Possess Excellent Negotiation Skills To Resolve Disputes And Reach Mutually Beneficial Payment Arrangements.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance: The Senior Executive Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Credit Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Fair Credit Reporting Act (Fcra) And Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (Fdcpa). They Should Be Able To Ensure That All Credit And Collections Activities Are In Compliance With These Regulations.
