In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing contracts for our enterprise-level accounts.   1. Analyze and manage contracts for enterprise-level accounts.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract terms and conditions.
  3. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve contract-related issues.
  4. Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and vendors to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
  5. Continuously monitor and track contract compliance and performance.
  6. Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities related to contracts.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and finance, to ensure contract alignment with company policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contract laws and regulations.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all contract-related tasks.
  11. Conduct regular audits and reviews of contracts to identify areas for improvement.
  12. Participate in contract negotiations and provide guidance and support to sales and account management teams.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on contract management processes and provide training and support to other team members.
  14. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal Terminology And Contract Language

  • Proficient In Contract Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite
