  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and market share growth for the Structural Heart division.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the commercial market for structural heart devices.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers in the medical device industry.
  4. Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Medtronic's Structural Heart portfolio.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of commercial efforts.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
  7. Develop and deliver presentations to educate and train sales teams on product features, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  8. Work closely with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets and provide support in closing deals.
  9. Provide feedback and recommendations to product development teams based on market insights and customer feedback.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance in all commercial activities.
  11. Represent Medtronic at industry conferences, events, and trade shows to promote the Structural Heart portfolio and establish thought leadership.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  13. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in the commercial market for structural heart devices.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on the commercial market and medical device industry within the Structural Heart division.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
