  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and market share within assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote our medical devices and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of our products and provide clinical support to ensure the best patient outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure successful launch and promotion of new products.
  5. Continuously monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  8. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our products.
  9. Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
  10. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all sales activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Cardiovascular Or Orthopedic Space.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Key Stakeholders And Reimbursement Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Developing And Executing Strategic Territory Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers And Internal Stakeholders.
