  1. Provide clinical expertise and support to healthcare professionals and patients in the field of pain management.
  2. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategic plans to grow the pain intervention business in the Boston, MA area.
  3. Educate healthcare professionals on the latest pain management interventions and techniques.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of pain intervention devices.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in pain management interventions.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams.
  8. Act as a resource for healthcare professionals and patients, providing guidance and support for any questions or concerns.
  9. Attend conferences, seminars, and other industry events to represent Medtronic and showcase our pain intervention products.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic, promoting our mission and values to improve patient outcomes and save lives.
  11. Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of pain intervention products and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all interactions with healthcare professionals and patients.
  13. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  14. Travel to various healthcare facilities within the Boston, MA area to provide on-site support and training.
  15. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational materials and resources for healthcare professionals and patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pain Management And/Or Interventional Procedures

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medtronic Products And Their Applications In Pain Interventions

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders In The Boston, Ma Healthcare Community

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Educate And Train Healthcare Professionals On Medtronic Products And Procedures.
