  1. Provide expert clinical support and guidance to healthcare professionals in the use of Medtronic medical technology, services, and solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders in the medical community.
  3. Conduct product trainings and presentations for healthcare professionals, ensuring a thorough understanding of Medtronic products and their applications.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to medical technology and incorporate this knowledge into daily responsibilities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and challenges, and provide feedback for product improvements.
  6. Act as a resource for internal teams, providing clinical expertise and insights to support product development, marketing, and sales efforts.
  7. Participate in clinical studies and trials to gather data and evidence on the effectiveness and safety of Medtronic products.
  8. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all interactions with healthcare professionals and customers.
  9. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement.
  10. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or concerns raised by healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  11. Represent Medtronic at conferences, events, and other industry gatherings, showcasing our products and services and building relationships with potential customers.
  12. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures, including compliance with ethical standards and reporting any potential violations.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization, contributing ideas and insights to enhance the company's products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or Healthcare Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Company.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Disease States, Medical Procedures, And Healthcare Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Effectively Train And Educate Healthcare Professionals.

  • Demonstrated Expertise In Conducting Clinical Research And Interpreting Data, With A Track Record Of Successful Clinical Trials And Publications.
