- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the proper use and programming of our DBS devices.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and research in the field of neuromodulation to provide knowledgeable support and guidance.
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and support.
- Participate in clinical trials and studies to further improve our DBS therapies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve patient care and outcomes through feedback and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Represent Medtronic and our DBS division at conferences, seminars, and other events to promote our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to patient care and product promotion.
Relevant Education And Experience: A Clinical Specialist For Deep Brain Stimulation At Medtronic Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Or Psychology. Additionally, Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably Working With Patients Who Have Parkinson's Disease Or Essential Tremor.
Knowledge Of Deep Brain Stimulation Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of The Principles And Applications Of Deep Brain Stimulation Technology.
