  1. Provide expert support and guidance on cardiac rhythm management products to healthcare professionals and patients.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective use of Medtronic devices.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in the field of cardiac rhythm management.
  4. Conduct product trainings and educational sessions for healthcare professionals and patients.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on Medtronic products, including their features, capabilities, and uses.
  6. Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  7. Participate in clinical trials and studies to gather feedback and data on Medtronic products.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to support product sales and adoption.
  10. Monitor and analyze product performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  11. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all interactions and activities.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  13. Represent Medtronic in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  14. Continuously improve and enhance clinical knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development.
  15. Actively contribute to team meetings and discussions, providing insights and recommendations for product improvements and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Medical Device Industry, With A Focus On Cardiac Rhythm Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Medtronic Crm Products And Their Applications, Including Pacemakers, Defibrillators, And Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy Devices.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electrophysiology And Cardiac Anatomy, As Well As The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Data From Diagnostic Tests.

  • Proven Track Record Of Providing Clinical Support And Training To Healthcare Professionals, As Well As Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
