  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Medtronic's cardiac ablation solutions and their applications in the healthcare industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of innovative cardiac ablation solutions.
  3. Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for product improvements.
  4. Provide technical expertise and support to healthcare professionals and sales teams on the use and benefits of Medtronic's cardiac ablation solutions.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to educate healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Medtronic's products.
  6. Attend and participate in industry conferences, events, and meetings to stay updated on the latest advancements in cardiac ablation technology.
  7. Generate and analyze data to track product performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  8. Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns related to Medtronic's products.
  9. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in the development, promotion, and sale of Medtronic's products.
  10. Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies to promote and sell Medtronic's cardiac ablation solutions.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate market conditions and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for Medtronic's products.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and activities related to Medtronic's products.
  14. Represent Medtronic in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and colleagues.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic and promote the company's values, mission, and culture in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Education: A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or A Scientific Discipline Is Typically Required For A Clinical Specialist - Cas Role At Medtronic. A Higher Degree, Such As A Master's Or Doctorate, May Also Be Preferred.

  • Clinical Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Relevant Healthcare Field, Such As Nursing, Physical Therapy, Or Respiratory Therapy. This Experience Provides A Strong Foundation For Understanding Patient Needs And Effectively Communicating With Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Technology: Clinical Specialists At Medtronic Are Expected To Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Medical Devices And Technology. This Includes Knowledge Of Product Features, Indications, And Usage Guidelines, As Well As Familiarity With Competitors' Products.
