  1. Provide clinical support to healthcare professionals and patients regarding Medtronic's cardiac rhythm management devices.
  2. Educate healthcare professionals and patients on the features, benefits, and usage of our devices.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and advancements in the field of cardiac rhythm management.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals and patients.
  6. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  7. Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to healthcare professionals and patients.
  8. Represent Medtronic at conferences, seminars, and other industry events.
  9. Develop and implement educational materials and programs for healthcare professionals and patients.
  10. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote Medtronic's cardiac rhythm management devices.
  11. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all customer interactions and activities.
  12. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and policies.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  14. Act as a resource and mentor for other team members.
  15. Embody Medtronic's mission and values to make a positive impact on patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Cardiac Rhythm Management, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management Products And Their Applications.

  • Certification In Cardiac Device Management (E.g. Certified Cardiac Device Specialist) Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Educate And Train Healthcare Professionals On Medtronic's Products And Services.
