  1. Provide clinical expertise and support for Medtronic's medical devices to healthcare professionals.
  2. Conduct training and education sessions to healthcare professionals on the proper use and benefits of Medtronic products.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to drive product adoption and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes, and advancements in medical technology to effectively communicate and train on Medtronic products.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs and providing tailored support and education.
  6. Develop and implement training materials, presentations, and resources to support the training and education of healthcare professionals.
  7. Attend and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and events to expand knowledge and network with healthcare professionals.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements.
  9. Provide ongoing support and guidance to healthcare professionals on the use and troubleshooting of Medtronic products.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance in all activities.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory, and quality assurance, to support product launches and updates.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical support and training.
  13. Represent Medtronic in a professional and knowledgeable manner, promoting the company's mission and values.
  14. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all training and support activities.
  15. Uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety in all interactions with healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant Medical Technology, Including Experience With Medtronic Products.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Healthcare Professionals On Medtronic Products.

  • Ability To Travel Extensively Within A Designated Territory And Adapt To Changing Priorities And Responsibilities.
