Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Clinical Research Specialist to join our team at Medtronic! This role requires someone who is passionate about advancing medical research and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field. As a Clinical Research Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new medical technologies and treatments that improve the lives of patients all over the world.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry or life sciences. They should also have at least three years of experience in clinical research and clinical trials. They must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly organized and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate should also be comfortable working with medical data and be familiar with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and oversee clinical research plans and protocols for new medical technologies and treatments.
  2. Analyze and interpret clinical data to identify trends and assist with the development of new medical treatments.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as physicians, hospital staff, and other clinical research professionals.
  4. Monitor the progress of clinical trials and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  5. Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations on research findings.
  6. Implement data management systems for clinical research projects.
  7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the success of clinical research projects.
  8. Provide guidance and support to junior clinical research staff.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the clinical research field.
