Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading medical device company and contribute to the advancement of patient care through research.The successful candidate for this role will be an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in clinical research and/or pharmaceuticals. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate will also have a strong working knowledge of regulatory and clinical research requirements.The Clinical Research Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of clinical research protocols and data collection. This includes developing, coordinating, and monitoring clinical research activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines. The position requires a high level of accuracy, diligence, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, coordinate, and monitor clinical research activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
  2. Oversee the development and implementation of clinical research protocols and data collection.
  3. Manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
  4. Liaise with other departments within Medtronic to ensure protocols are followed correctly.
  5. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documents and data.
  6. Work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Ensure clinical research is conducted in accordance with ethical guidelines.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and clinical research requirements.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and other relevant personnel.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations related to clinical research activities.
