  1. Oversee and guide the development and execution of clinical research programs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
  3. Manage and lead clinical trials in accordance with FDA regulations.
  4. Develop and maintain timelines and budgets for clinical research programs.
  5. Monitor and track progress of clinical trials, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, CROs, and regulatory agencies.
  8. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  9. Provide strategic input and recommendations for the design and implementation of clinical trials.
  10. Effectively communicate updates and progress to senior management and other relevant parties.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to support professional growth and development.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to clinical research.
  13. Participate in the development and review of study protocols and other clinical documents.
  14. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  15. Maintain a high level of quality and compliance in all aspects of clinical research programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Or Healthcare Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Project Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Good Clinical Practice (Gcp), And International Conference On Harmonization (Ich) Guidelines.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Budget Management, Resource Allocation, And Risk Assessment In A Clinical Research Setting.
