Job Description

At Medtronic, we are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Clinical Research Program Manager to join our team. This position requires that you have an in-depth knowledge of clinical research and clinical trial management. The ideal candidate will have a combination of business acumen, clinical trial experience, and the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously.The Clinical Research Program Manager will be responsible for driving the clinical research projects to successful completion. This includes developing protocols, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be able to effectively manage multiple projects, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.Required qualifications for this position include: a degree in a scientific or medical field, a minimum of three years of experience in clinical research and clinical trial management, and a working knowledge of applicable regulations. To be successful in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Research Program Manager:

  1. Develop clinical research protocols that meet applicable regulations.
  2. Monitor timelines and ensure that projects are completed within the required timeframe.
  3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely and organized manner.
  4. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations throughout the clinical research process.
  5. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Provide regular progress updates on all projects.
  7. Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or conflicts.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve issues that arise.
  9. Provide guidance and mentorship to clinical research team members.
  10. Manage the budget and resources associated with each project.
