Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Clinical Product Specialist for Acute Care and Monitoring at Medtronic. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and support for our innovative products used in critical care settings. Your passion for patient care and strong knowledge of medical devices will be integral in educating and training healthcare professionals on the benefits of our products. As a trusted advisor, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success and improve patient outcomes.   1. Provide clinical expertise and support for Medtronic's Acute Care and Monitoring products.
  2. Educate and train healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper use of Medtronic's products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success and improve patient outcomes.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals by demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and their clinical applications.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers in various healthcare settings.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements related to Acute Care and Monitoring products.
  7. Actively participate in product development, providing valuable clinical insights and feedback.
  8. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and materials.
  9. Conduct product trainings for internal teams, including sales representatives and customer support staff.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical community.
  11. Represent Medtronic at conferences, trade shows, and other events related to Acute Care and Monitoring products.
  12. Provide timely and accurate reporting on product performance and customer feedback.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  15. Travel as needed to support customer needs and attend meetings and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In Acute Care And Monitoring Products.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Technology And Equipment, Particularly In The Area Of Acute Care And Monitoring.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Healthcare Professionals And Customers.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Product Launches And Sales, As Well As The Ability To Provide Technical Support And Training To Customers.
