  1. Conduct clinical presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  2. Provide expertise and guidance to surgical teams on the safe and effective use of Medtronic products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for product adoption and market growth.
  4. Conduct training and education sessions for healthcare professionals on the latest advancements and techniques in surgical procedures.
  5. Gather and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance patient outcomes.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on Medtronic products and provide support to sales teams.
  7. Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare organizations to promote Medtronic products.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements to inform product development and marketing efforts.
  9. Participate in conferences, seminars, and other events to showcase Medtronic products and network with healthcare professionals.
  10. Actively contribute to the development and execution of the Surgical Synergy team's goals and objectives.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, sales teams, and leadership.
  12. Adhere to all ethical and compliance standards in all job-related activities.
  13. Travel to various locations to support and educate healthcare professionals on Medtronic products.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and develop innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic, representing the company's values and mission in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Degree In A Related Field: A Clinical Consultant - Surgical Synergy At Medtronic Should Possess A Degree In A Medical Or Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Nursing, Biology, Or Biomedical Engineering.

  • Clinical Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Surgical Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role. This Experience Will Provide A Strong Foundation For Understanding The Needs And Challenges Of Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Medtronic Products: Familiarity With Medtronic's Surgical Products Is A Must For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Features, Benefits, And Applications Of Medtronic's Surgical Technologies.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: The Clinical Consultant Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Healthcare Professionals And Presenting Information About Medtronic's Products. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Ability To Travel: This Position Requires Frequent Travel To Various Healthcare Facilities Across The Country. Candidates Should Be Willing And Able To Travel, Sometimes For Extended Periods Of Time, To Visit Customers And Provide Support And Training.
