- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Medtronic's Enabling Technologies portfolio, including products, services, and solutions.
- Utilize clinical expertise and technical knowledge to provide support and guidance to customers on the appropriate use and implementation of Medtronic's Enabling Technologies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop strategic plans to drive customer success and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the features and benefits of our Enabling Technologies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Enabling Technologies portfolio, staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and clinical research, to identify and address customer needs and drive product enhancements.
- Stay informed on all regulatory and compliance requirements related to Medtronic's Enabling Technologies and ensure adherence to these guidelines.
- Represent Medtronic at industry conferences and events, showcasing our Enabling Technologies and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Continuously gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Advanced Degree In A Healthcare Field: A Clinical Consultant Iii At Medtronic Must Possess An Advanced Degree (E.g. Phd, Md, Or Pharmd) In A Healthcare-Related Field Such As Medicine, Nursing, Or Pharmacy.
Extensive Clinical Experience: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Ideally With Experience In The Use And Implementation Of Medical Devices.
Strong Understanding Of Enabling Technologies: As A Clinical Consultant Iii, Candidates Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Technologies In The Medical Device Industry, Specifically In The Area Of Enabling Technologies.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Interaction With Healthcare Professionals, Sales Teams, And Other Internal Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Communication And Presentation Skills Are Essential For Success In This Position.
Ability To Travel: As A Clinical Consultant Iii, Candidates Will Be Required To Travel Frequently To Various Healthcare Facilities To Provide Training And Support For Medtronic’s Enabling Technologies. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Willing And Able To Travel Up To 50% Of The Time.
