We are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Consultant III to join our Enabling Technologies team. This role is responsible for providing clinical expertise and support to our sales team, as well as our customers, to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our enabling technologies.   1. Provide clinical expertise and support to the sales team, including training and education on our enabling technologies.
  2. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the best use of our technologies for optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our technologies.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the industry.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to ensure our team is knowledgeable and up-to-date.
  6. Create and deliver training programs for both internal staff and external customers.
  7. Conduct clinical evaluations and assessments to determine the effectiveness of our technologies and provide feedback for improvement.
  8. Support the development of marketing materials and sales strategies by providing clinical insights and data.
  9. Represent the company at conferences, events, and other industry-related activities.
  10. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all clinical activities and interactions.
  11. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, to provide clinical input for new product development.
  12. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines in all clinical activities.
  13. Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Medical Device Technology: As A Clinical Consultant Iii, Enabling Technologies At Medtronic, One Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Device Technology, Including Hardware, Software, And Connectivity. This Includes Experience With Diagnostic And Therapeutic Devices, As Well As Familiarity With Current Industry Trends And Developments.

  • Strong Clinical Background: A Clinical Consultant Iii Must Have A Strong Clinical Background In A Relevant Field, Such As Nursing, Physical Therapy, Or Biomedical Engineering. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Disease Processes, As Well As The Ability To Interpret Medical Imaging And Diagnostic Data.

  • Experience In Customer-Facing Roles: This Role Requires Regular Interaction With Healthcare Professionals, Including Physicians, Nurses, And Other Clinical Staff. Therefore, A Clinical Consultant Iii Must Have Previous Experience In Customer-Facing Roles, Such As Sales, Support, Or Training, And Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Clinical Consultant Iii, One Must Be Able To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Tasks Simultaneously. This Includes The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Project Goals.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Involves Analyzing Complex Clinical And Technical Issues And Providing Solutions To Customers. Therefore, A Clinical Consultant Iii Must Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Develop Innovative Solutions.
