  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative strategies for utilizing cutting-edge technologies to improve patient outcomes.
  2. Utilize expertise in enabling technologies to drive innovation and improve patient care.
  3. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  4. Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and sales teams.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare organizations to further drive adoption of Medtronic products.
  6. Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical technology and industry regulations to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  7. Train and educate healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of Medtronic products.
  8. Lead and participate in clinical trials and studies to gather data and support product development and commercialization.
  9. Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to internal and external audiences.
  10. Provide clinical support and troubleshooting to customers and sales teams.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective product launch plans.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities and interactions with customers.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  14. Represent Medtronic at industry conferences, events, and trade shows.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Technical Role Within The Medical Device Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Medtronic's Enabling Technologies, Including Surgical Navigation Systems, Robotics, And Imaging Technology.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Systems, Including Hospital Operations, Reimbursement, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Healthcare Professionals And Internal Stakeholders.
