- Utilize your strong clinical background in cardiac rhythm management to provide expertise and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure successful implementation and use of Medtronic's cardiac rhythm management products.
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Medtronic products.
- Serve as a clinical resource for the sales team and assist in product demonstrations and evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and key customers to promote Medtronic's products and services.
- Monitor and analyze clinical data and provide recommendations for improvement or modifications to products.
- Participate in clinical trial activities and provide data and insights to support product development and regulatory submissions.
- Act as a liaison between Medtronic and healthcare professionals, providing timely and accurate information and support.
- Stay current on industry developments, competitor products, and advancements in cardiac rhythm management technology.
- Conduct presentations and participate in conferences and professional meetings to promote Medtronic's products and services.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Mentor and train junior clinical specialists to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Represent Medtronic and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Continuously strive for excellence in patient care and contribute to the overall success and growth of the Cardiac Rhythm Management team at Medtronic.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Cardiac Rhythm Management Field, With A Focus On Implantable Devices.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Cardiac Anatomy, Physiology, And Electrophysiology.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Management And Support Of Complex Cardiac Device Cases.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Diverse Audiences Including Physicians, Nurses, And Patients.
