  1. Provide clinical and technical support for Medtronic's cardiac rhythm management products.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our products.
  3. Conduct product trainings and demonstrations for healthcare professionals to increase product knowledge and proficiency.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in cardiac rhythm management technology.
  5. Serve as a clinical expert for the sales team, providing support and guidance during client interactions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the field of cardiology.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements.
  8. Assist with the development of marketing and educational materials for the promotion of our cardiac rhythm management products.
  9. Participate in clinical trials and studies to gather data and support product development.
  10. Provide timely and accurate reporting on customer interactions and product usage.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Medtronic's values and mission at all times.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and commercialization of new products.
  13. Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and training.
  14. Act as a resource for both internal and external stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns related to our products.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Cardiac Anatomy, Physiology, And Electrophysiology.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cardiac Rhythm Management Industry, With A Focus On Pacemakers And Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators.

  • Current Certification As A Registered Nurse (Rn) Or Certified Clinical Cardiac Device Specialist (Ccds).

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Proven Ability To Educate And Train Healthcare Professionals On Medtronic Products And Technology.
