  1. Promote and sell Medtronic's cardiac rhythm management products to healthcare providers and hospitals.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product knowledge and usage.

  5. Provide support and resources to healthcare professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools to provide the best care to patients.

  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  9. Utilize CRM tools to track sales and customer interactions.
  10. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  11. Communicate with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and customer information.
  13. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously expand knowledge of the cardiac rhythm management field and Medtronic's products.
  15. Represent Medtronic in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Sales, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In Cardiac Rhythm Management.
