  1. Provide clinical support and education for Medtronic's cardiac rhythm management products to healthcare professionals and patients.
  2. Conduct product trainings and demonstrations for healthcare professionals and assist with product implantations as needed.
  3. Stay updated on industry and product knowledge to effectively communicate and educate healthcare professionals and patients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for product adoption and market growth.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.
  6. Utilize clinical expertise to identify and address customer needs and provide solutions to improve patient outcomes.
  7. Act as a resource for internal teams, providing clinical insights and support for product development and marketing initiatives.
  8. Stay current on relevant clinical studies, guidelines, and regulations related to cardiac rhythm management.
  9. Assist with clinical research studies and data collection to support product development and market expansion.
  10. Represent Medtronic at key industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all clinical activities and customer interactions.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and legal requirements.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic, promoting our mission and values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  15. Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support, training, and education.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Cardiac Rhythm Management, Including Experience With Medtronic Products

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cardiac Anatomy, Physiology, And Electrophysiology

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Physicians And Medical Staff

  • Previous Experience In A Clinical Specialist Role Or Similar Position Preferred, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Customer Relationships And Sales Support.
