  1. Perform precise and accurate calibrations of medical devices according to established procedures and protocols.
  2. Maintain and update calibration records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies with calibration equipment or processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to calibration procedures and processes.
  5. Train and mentor junior team members on calibration techniques and procedures.
  6. Conduct regular audits of calibration equipment to ensure proper functioning and accuracy.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of calibration standards and equipment.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling sensitive and potentially hazardous equipment.
  9. Stay updated on industry advancements and changes in metrology principles to ensure best practices are being followed.
  10. Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule and prioritize calibration tasks.
  11. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the calibration program.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the integrity of calibration equipment.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines.
  14. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and accurate calibration of equipment.
  15. Follow all established quality control measures and participate in quality assurance activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Calibration And Metrology In A Regulated Industry, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Calibration Standards And Procedures, Including Iso 17025 And Fda Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Using Calibration Equipment And Software, Such As Multi-Meters, Oscilloscopes, And Automated Calibration Systems.

  • Experience With Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Electronic And Mechanical Systems.

  • Ability To Work Independently, Prioritize Tasks, And Manage Time Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
