  1. Manage the procurement process for Medtronic, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
  2. Develop and implement production plans that align with business objectives and meet supply chain goals.
  3. Utilize analytical skills to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements in purchasing and production.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination in the supply chain process.
  5. Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing for materials and services.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and identify potential risks or shortages, taking proactive measures to mitigate any issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions on purchasing and production strategies.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the purchasing and planning process.
  10. Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to provide updates, address issues, and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert in purchasing processes and supply chain management, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
  13. Proactively identify potential risks or disruptions in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on operations.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery standards are met.
  15. Represent Medtronic in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Supply Chain, Or Materials Planning Role

  • Knowledge And Experience With Erp Systems, Preferably Sap
