- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and services
- Strategically plan and forecast inventory levels to optimize costs and minimize waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate material and service needs for production
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure favorable terms
- Monitor and analyze market trends and pricing to inform procurement decisions
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and track expenses against budget
- Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on purchasing status and address any concerns or issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations and standards
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Forecast And Plan Effectively.
Proficiency In Using Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
