Sustaining, characterizing, and qualifying metal finishing processes/equipment. (Must have demonstrable skills and knowledge of grind/polish/cleaning equipment/processes.). Troubleshooting and resolving metal finishing equipment/process issues. Performing replacement, dress and conditioning of grind/polish wheels. Performing fixture preventive and corrective maintenance Performing equipment qualification (installation/qualification), test method validation, and documentation updates. Meeting operational attainment of Safety, Quality, and Service goals. Performing duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies, or governmental regulations. Identifying and working to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful completion of projects.
