  1. Lead and manage all aspects of the automation program, including planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring timely and successful delivery of automation solutions.
  4. Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and impact of automation initiatives.
  5. Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation needs and requirements.
  6. Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  7. Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance automation capabilities and drive innovation.
  8. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to automation projects and initiatives.
  9. Provide training and support to team members on automation processes and tools.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on the progress and impact of automation initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing systems and processes.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in automation to continuously improve and optimize processes.
  13. Ensure all automation projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards.
  14. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for automation processes.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, With A Focus On Automation And/Or Robotics.

  • Strong Understanding Of Automation Technologies And Their Applications In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Automation Strategies And Driving Process Improvements.
