- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring timely and successful delivery of automation solutions.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and impact of automation initiatives.

- Ensure all automation projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for automation processes.

Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, With A Focus On Automation And/Or Robotics.
Strong Understanding Of Automation Technologies And Their Applications In The Medical Device Industry.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Automation Strategies And Driving Process Improvements.
