  1. Develop and implement training programs and materials related to neurovascular medicine, including but not limited to product knowledge, procedural techniques, and best practices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct training sessions and presentations for healthcare professionals, utilizing various teaching methods to effectively deliver content.
  4. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements and adjustments as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date with advancements in neurovascular medicine and incorporate new information into training materials and programs.
  6. Communicate with healthcare professionals to understand their training needs and provide support and guidance as needed.
  7. Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and other stakeholders in the neurovascular community to gather insights and feedback on training programs.
  8. Assist in the development of training budgets and manage expenses related to training initiatives.
  9. Utilize data and metrics to track and report on the success and impact of training programs.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on neurovascular medicine and educate others within the company on related topics.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Instructional Design, Or Neuroscience.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Training And Education, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Neurovascular Products, Procedures, And Technology.

  • Strong Presentation And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Various Audiences.

  • Experience In Creating And Implementing Training Programs, Including E-Learning And Virtual Training Methods.
