  1. Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Medtronic's neurovascular medical technologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials and programs are up-to-date and aligned with company goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct ongoing needs assessments and gather feedback from healthcare professionals to continuously improve training programs.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in neurovascular care to incorporate into training materials and programs.
  5. Plan and coordinate training events and workshops, including logistics, materials, and facilitation.
  6. Utilize various teaching methods, including lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and virtual training, to effectively educate healthcare professionals.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for internal and external stakeholders regarding Medtronic's neurovascular technologies and their applications.
  8. Monitor and track training completion and effectiveness to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and promotional activities through training initiatives.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic by demonstrating a passion for improving patient care and promoting the company's mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Education, Psychology, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Training And Education, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Neurovascular Products And Procedures, Including Experience With Medtronic Products.

  • Excellent Presentation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Training Programs, Including Creating Training Materials And Evaluating Their Effectiveness.
