  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers in the assigned territory.
  2. Drive sales by promoting and selling Medtronic's neurovascular products to healthcare providers.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position Medtronic's products in the market.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory goals.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers.
  7. Attend conferences and events to represent Medtronic and network with potential customers.
  8. Effectively manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and customer information in the company's CRM system.
  9. Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and potential new product opportunities.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
  11. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on changes and advancements in the medical device industry.
  12. Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend meetings and events as necessary.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to management.
  15. Uphold Medtronic's values and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Experience In Territory Management And A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Neurovascular Products And Procedures, And The Ability To Effectively Educate And Train Healthcare Professionals On Their Use.
