- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers in the assigned territory.
- Drive sales by promoting and selling Medtronic's neurovascular products to healthcare providers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position Medtronic's products in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers.
- Attend conferences and events to represent Medtronic and network with potential customers.
- Effectively manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and customer information in the company's CRM system.
- Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and potential new product opportunities.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal regulations.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on changes and advancements in the medical device industry.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend meetings and events as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to management.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Experience In Territory Management And A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Knowledge Of Neurovascular Products And Procedures, And The Ability To Effectively Educate And Train Healthcare Professionals On Their Use.
