  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and growth within the assigned territory for Medtronic's neurovascular products.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the neurovascular space, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals to increase awareness and adoption of Medtronic's neurovascular products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical, and reimbursement, to develop and execute territory-specific plans.
  5. Monitor market trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  7. Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and address any challenges.
  8. Attend industry conferences and events to expand network and increase brand awareness.
  9. Keep abreast of changes and developments in the healthcare industry, specifically in the neurovascular space, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  10. Utilize CRM tools to track and report sales activities and customer interactions.
  11. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and expertise to effectively communicate and educate customers on Medtronic's neurovascular products.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Represent Medtronic in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  15. Collaborate with the broader Medtronic team to support company-wide initiatives and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, With A Focus On Neurovascular Products.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And The Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of Territory Management And Strategic Planning.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Medical Professionals And Non-Medical Stakeholders.
