  1. Promote and sell Medtronic's neurovascular products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively utilizing sales strategies and techniques.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and provide product education to healthcare professionals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch and adoption.
  6. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing and potential clients.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  9. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  10. Regularly communicate with sales management to provide updates on sales progress and market feedback.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic, representing the company's values and mission.
  13. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments and advancements.
  14. Travel within assigned territory to conduct sales meetings and attend events as necessary.
  15. Collaborate with other Medtronic departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Sales Experience In The Medical Device Industry.
