  1. Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Medtronic products.

  14. Coordinate with other technical service specialists to ensure effective and efficient support for customers.
  15. Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on customer interactions and insights.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Solutions.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Biomedical Technology.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service Within The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Medtronic's Products And Services.

  • Experience With Crm Software And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
