  2. Ensure safe and effective use of devices: Educate customers on proper usage and handling of our devices to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to understand product features and updates, and effectively communicate them to customers.
  4. Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our database to track trends and improve our services.
  5. Conduct training sessions: Organize and conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding of our products and services, and how to use them effectively.
  6. Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement in technical services and work with the team to develop and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep abreast of industry developments and new technologies in the medical field to better serve our customers.
  8. Handle customer complaints: Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures: Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of quality and compliance in technical services.
  10. Represent the company: Serve as a brand ambassador for Medtronic, promoting our mission and values while interacting with customers and representing the company at events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
