  1. Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Medtronic products and services.

  3. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate solutions.

  6. Continuously stay updated on Medtronic products and services to provide the most up-to-date technical support to customers.

Job Qualifications
