- Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Medtronic products.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Medtronic products and provide in-depth technical knowledge to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product trainings and demonstrations for customers to promote product knowledge and usage.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Medical Technology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Devices And Their Technical Specifications.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Solutions.
Familiarity With Relevant Regulations And Standards Such As Fda And Iso, And The Ability To Ensure Compliance In All Technical Service Activities.
