Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Medical Technology.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Devices And Their Technical Specifications.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Solutions.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Regulations And Standards Such As Fda And Iso, And The Ability To Ensure Compliance In All Technical Service Activities.
