  1. Provide technical support for Medtronic's medical devices to ensure smooth operation and functionality.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and address technical problems.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to provide prompt and accurate solutions.
  5. Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise on all Medtronic devices and their technical specifications.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and functionality based on customer feedback.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical technology to continuously improve technical support processes.
  8. Document and track technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  9. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a positive experience for customers in all interactions.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and compliance regulations.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Medtronic's products and services to customers.
  12. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the technical support process.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to continually enhance technical and communication skills.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site technical support and training.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Technical Customer Service Or Support, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medtronic Products, Processes, And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Crm And Erp Systems, And Ability To Adapt To New Technology And Tools.
