- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Medtronic's products and services to customers.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the technical support process.
- Participate in training and development programs to continually enhance technical and communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site technical support and training.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Technical Customer Service Or Support, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Medtronic Products, Processes, And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Crm And Erp Systems, And Ability To Adapt To New Technology And Tools.
