  1. Conduct regular expense reconciliation and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Identify and resolve discrepancies in expense reports, working closely with stakeholders to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  3. Utilize analytical skills and attention to detail to identify potential areas for process improvements and recommend solutions.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members, departments, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance with financial processes.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records of all expense reconciliations and audits.
  6. Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure compliance in all financial processes.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance and procurement, to improve expense management processes and minimize errors.
  8. Provide training and support to employees on expense reporting processes and policies.
  9. Assist with special projects and tasks related to expense reconciliation and compliance as needed.
  10. Consistently meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of all responsibilities.
  11. Demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in all tasks and projects.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial information and data.
