  1. Lead and oversee a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and development.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and excellence within the engineering department.

  4. Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring their timely and successful completion.

  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of engineering processes.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the company's goals and objectives.
  10. Represent the engineering department in meetings with senior management and other stakeholders, providing updates and insights on projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Engineering, Preferably In Medical Device Industry

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Quality Systems In Medical Device Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And Managing Product Development Lifecycle
