  1. Work with cutting-edge medical devices: As an Associate Clinical Specialist, you will have the responsibility of working with the latest medical technology and devices developed by Medtronic. This includes understanding the technical aspects of the devices, staying updated with new advancements, and providing support to healthcare professionals in using them effectively.
  2. Make a meaningful impact on patients' lives: You will be responsible for understanding the needs of patients and working towards improving their quality of life through the use of Medtronic's medical devices. This includes collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure the devices are being used correctly and providing support to patients in using them for their treatment.
  3. Recruit and train Spring 2025 Biomedical Engineering Undergraduates: As an Associate Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting and training undergraduate students in the field of biomedical engineering for the Spring 2025 intake. This includes identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and providing training on Medtronic's products and processes.
  4. Cover Western US Region: You will have the responsibility of covering the Western US Region, which includes developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics in the area. This involves understanding the specific needs and challenges of the region and working towards meeting them with the help of Medtronic's products and services.
  5. Collaborate with a team: As part of the Medtronic team, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with other Clinical Specialists, Sales Representatives, and other team members to achieve common goals. This includes sharing knowledge and expertise, providing support and assistance, and actively participating in team meetings and discussions.
  6. Strong communication skills: You will be responsible for effectively communicating with healthcare providers, patients, and colleagues to ensure the smooth functioning of Medtronic's products and services. This includes providing clear and concise information, actively listening to concerns and feedback, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
