  1. Conduct research and analyze data to support clinical trials and product development.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test medical devices and technologies.
  3. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and compliance with industry standards.
  4. Provide technical expertise and support to sales and marketing teams.
  5. Attend and participate in medical conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  7. Assist in the training and education of healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Medtronic products.
  8. Conduct product demonstrations and assist with product trainings for internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all activities and interactions.
  12. Participate in the development of new product ideas and provide feedback on existing products.
  13. Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and guidelines and ensure adherence to them.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Medtronic and uphold the company's values and mission.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or A Related Field Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In The Principles Of Biomedical Engineering And Is Familiar With The Latest Industry Trends And Technologies.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Device Regulations: As An Associate Clinical Specialist, The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Device Regulations And Standards Such As Fda Regulations, Iso Requirements, And Good Clinical Practices. This Knowledge Is Crucial In Ensuring That All Products And Processes Comply With Regulatory Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of An Associate Clinical Specialist Involves Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Healthcare Professionals, And Customers. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Collaborate And Communicate With Different Stakeholders.

  • Clinical Experience: Previous Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting Is Preferred For This Position. This Will Give The Candidate A Better Understanding Of The Clinical Environment And The Ability To Interact With Healthcare Professionals And Patients.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Related To Medical Devices. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Data, Troubleshoot Problems, And Develop Innovative Solutions.
